Conference Venue Essentials is an Australian-owned, female-led company. We take pride in our expertise in securing optimal venues for our clients Conference and Events.

We collaborate closely with our clients, to ensure a smooth and effortless process in finding the ideal conference venue for their meeting or event.

Our services cover various events including Residential Conferences, Day Meetings, Conference Group Accomodation Block Bookings, Corporate Dinners, Product Launches, Christmas Parties, Yoga Retreats and School Formals all at no cost. Drawing from 30+ years of hospitality experience, we have fostered robust alliances with hotels and distinctive venues within the business events industry.

Our complimentary service spans venue sourcing both nationally and internationally. We operate autonomously without affiliations to any hotel chains or unique venues.

We provide a detailed proposal comparing the most suitable venues for your event. We highlight the best negotiated rates, available discounts and added value offerings tailored to your specific requirements.

Provide us with an outline of your event requirements via our simple online form or contact us direct via email or phone. Our team will review your brief and begin working on the most suitable venues for your event.

Step 4: Confirm Venue
Step 3: Shortlist & Inspect

Once the venue is confirmed, our team will organise the contract on your behalf. We will then introduce you to our venue partner, who will assist in finalising the event details.

Contact our team with your shortlisted venues and we will co-ordinate site inspections for you; either with you or on your behalf, as needed.
