Our complimentary service spans venue sourcing both nationally and internationally. We operate autonomously without affiliations to any hotel chains or unique venues.

Steps to Finding Your Perfect Venue
Our team of professional venue finders will create a tailored proposal to suit your exact event needs, complete with quotes, venue specification and destination details.
Establish Brief

Quote & Compare
We provide a detailed proposal comparing the most suitable venues for your event. We highlight the best negotiated rates, available discounts and added value offerings tailored to your specific requirements.
Shortlist + Inspect
Contact our team with your shortlisted venues and we will co-ordinate site inspections for you; either with you or on your behalf, as needed.
Confirm Venue
Once the venue is confirmed, our team will organise the contract on your behalf. We will then introduce you to our venue partner, who will assist in finalising the event details.
